Swimming Hole, OMG Game Barn! Hot Tub
The OMG Barn is a one-of-a-kind retreat in Hortonville, about five minutes from downtown Callicoon. A renovated farmhouse and a 3,500 sq ft barn, with a swimming hole in Callicoon Creek and a professionally maintained hot tub.

Sleeps 12. 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The original white shed is set up as an optional 5th bedroom. Request the code if you need it.
The barn has three floors. The first floor has an air-conditioned lounge with an 85-inch TV and an 8-foot billiards table, plus a two-story dining space. The second floor is a children's play area with a teeter-totter, swings, rings, and a full-size tent. The third floor is a 1,500 sq ft air-conditioned game room with ping pong, a putting green, foosball, and arcade basketball. The barn is only partly heated and cooled.
Dogs are accepted case by case. Please ask before you book. No heavy-shedding breeds. There is a $59 pet fee.
This is not a party house. Check-in is 4:00 PM and check-out is 11:00 AM.
Nearby: downtown Callicoon, the Delaware River, Seminary Hill, and Villa Roma (skiing and tubing) are a short drive.
